Thank you for visiting the London Wildcare Website. A new site is under construction and is taking a little longer than expected but we hope to have it up and running during the early part of May. In the meantime, here is some useful information regarding our services and events:
Our Wildlife Hospital in Beddington Park is open daily from 8am until 8pm to receive any small animal admissions and to co-ordinate rescues for Foxes, Badgers and Deer throughout the London Boroughs of Sutton, Croydon and Merton
Outside of these hours, our emergency response service is available for Road Traffic Accidents involving Foxes, Badgers or Deer, again within the London Boroughs of Sutton, Merton and Croydon.
Small birds and mammals found between 8pm and 8am should be kept in a secure, ventilated container with soft bedding and in a warm dark place such as an airing cupboard. They can be brought into us from 8am onwards
Our Waterfowl Rescue Service operates across a wider area during daylight hours. This is our specialist discipline and provides a response for Swans, Geese, Ducks and Herons in need of help
We are able to offer a small animal collection service between 8am and 8pm for those who are unable to bring an animal into us but we regret that we cannot offer this service for free. A £5 charge will be made unless the caller is genuinely disabled/infirm and without transport.
Our next Open Day at Beddington Park is on Saturday 7th June between 11am and 4pm

Thank you for bearing with us through our current period of change at London Wildcare. In addition to a new website, we have been carrying out much needed works at our Beddington Centre and re-designing much of our literature and information. We are also, of course, still caring for hundreds of animals, all of which means that we can’t always hit our deadlines!
